Privacy Policy

We collect your name, birthdate, and email address to generate and deliver your personalized report, and, if you opt in, to send you marketing email. We do not sell your data. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

What we collect

We collect the full name and birthdate you enter, because the report cannot be calculated without them, and your email address, because that is how the report is delivered. If you tick the optional marketing box, we also record that you consented to receive marketing email.

Who we share it with

We use three processors and share only what each needs: Stripe handles payment, and because we attach your full name and birthdate to the checkout session so we can generate your report once you've paid, Stripe receives your email address, full name, and birthdate, along with your payment details — we never see or store your card details ourselves. Resend delivers your report by email — which includes your name in the email text and your report as an attachment — and, if you consented, stores your address for marketing email. Our hosting provider processes requests to this site. We do not sell your personal information.

Why we are allowed to use it

Under the GDPR we need a lawful basis for each use of your data, and ours differ by purpose:

• Generating and delivering your report — performance of our contract with you. Without your name and birthdate there is no report to calculate, and without your email there is nowhere to send it.
• Marketing email — your consent, given by ticking the optional box. You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect the report you bought.
• Analytics and advertising measurement — your consent, given through the cookie banner. We set nothing of this kind unless you accept.
• Keeping records of sales — our legal obligation under tax and accounting law.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are retained by Stripe and by us for as long as Czech tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Your name and birthdate are not stored on our own servers at all — we hold no database, and they exist only in the Stripe payment record.

Sending your data outside the EU

Stripe and Resend are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-outs promptly.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), at uoou.gov.cz.

Cookies and tracking

We use no cookies or tracking of any kind unless you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, we load the Meta advertising pixel, which tells us whether an advert led to a purchase. If you decline, nothing is loaded and the site works exactly the same. You can change your answer at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page.
