Refund Policy

Our refund window

If your report isn't what you hoped for, email support@numeraly.co within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

If your report never arrived

Check your spam folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, email us and we will resend it immediately — a delivery problem is not a reason to lose your purchase.
